The woman that killed her son would be “attributable”

Argentina, March 25, 2012

The prosecutor acting in the cause of the woman who killed her son in the country, Leandro Heredia, said he expects the results of the skills that were made to the child for more details about his death. In addition, he remarked that the mother is still “attributable”.

On the skills, Heredia said the child may have been submerged “in a state of semi-consciousness”, but said he waits for the skills to confirm it.

Meanwhile, Adriana Cruz, the boy’s mother admitted killing him by drowning him in the Jacuzzi, with the intention of “shit his father.”

About this, Heredia explained that “madness beyond being a biological concept and health is primarily a legal concept. It must be a competent judge the one who declares the official madness of a person.”

The woman is detained in a psychiatric unit on the recommendation of the professionals who cared about her state of “alteration”.

“Not all crazy people are considered insaney. One can be altered but not crazy. These days the woman was emotionally disturbed. Had signs of wanting to delete themselves or attack others, so that the professionals who attended recommended a hospitalization in a center like this” the prosecutor concluded.
