The criminal arrested for the assault to Etchecopar refused to testify

The teen criminal that was also shot in the attempt of assault to the “Baby” Etchecopar, refused to testify before Andrés Zarate, prosecutor of the Youth Criminal Jurisdiction of San Isidro, as was reported by judicial sources. 

The detainee is accused of “double homicide criminis cause if tentative, in competition with robbery, unlawful deprivation of liberty and possession of weapon.”
