President Cristina Kirchner sent a bill to Congress to treat the document signed by the national and city government on the subway transfer.

Cristina criticized the decision of Buenos Aires Mayor Mauricio Macri, bringing an interim measure, ensuring that “this is a move to avoid the task of govern”.

“We need to define what the Argentine parliament country model is, if we are to follow a centralized model where the government puts all the resources or will we be serious about a federal country, equal and equitable,” the president said.

“I think this will have to define the Parliament and I hope that those who tore the clothes from the media appealing to Parliament agree,” she added.

“Judges can not decide how it should be ruled Argentina,” she said again criticizing the injunction.

And remarked, “This is the city of Buenos Aires, but does not mean that is outside Argentina.”
