Alejandro Ramos is the new Secretary of Transport of the Nation

Alejandro Ramos is the new Secretary of Transport of the Nation, personally chosen by Cristina Kirchner. He is a lawyer and is currently serving as mayor of the town of Santa Fe Granadero Baigorria. Thus, he would replace Juan Pablo Schiavi, who resigned today to his charge. 

President Cristina Kirchner took the decision this afternoon, after receiving the resignation letter of Juan Pablo Schiavi.

Ramos was reelected as mayor in 2011 with 70% of the votes of his town and will have the responsibility over the Secretary of Transport 14 days after the tragedy of Once.
