24 years after the death of Alberto “el Negro” Olmedo

24 years ago, Argentina cried the death of one of the great masters of the laughter of our country, the comic Alberto “el Negro” Olmedo. The artist died after falling from 11th floor of the building Maral 39 in Mar del Plata on March 5, 1988. Olmedo was in the coastal city doing the play “We were so poor”. 

In addition, he had completed the recording of the movie “Peculiar Action”, next to his partner Jorge Porcel.

With Olmedo began performing greats like Carmen Barbieri, Moria Casan, Susana Gimenez, among others.
