The Iguazú Falls are one of the new Seven Natural Wonders of the World

The Iguassu Falls will be one of the new Seven Natural Wonders of the world from now on. The event will be held at the Brazilian embassy and organizers of the ceremony will give a plaque that will be delivered later transferred to the touristic place, the Iguazu National Park.
Finally, the results of the survey worldwide confirmed the Falls as one of the new Seven Wonders.
The celebration will be attended by national authorities, tourism and the governor of Misiones, Maurice Closs, who will be responsible for chairing the conference.
Secretary of Strategic Planning Mission, Sergio Dobrusin, confirmed the event at the Brazilian embassy and explained that the foundation system used to present the winners on 11 November, was based on a provisional ballot, so final results will be known just tomorrow.
