New Claims Centers of the SUBE card will be opened today

Today, the Secretary of Transportation’s said that will be opened new “Claims Centers of the SUBE card” in new locations such as the Anses of Ramos Mejia, Tigre, La Plata and Moreno. 

There will be enabled “to personally manage any inquiries or complaints relating to the collection, processing, loss or any other concerns that may arise”.

Also, in the province of Buenos Aires will be added 2500 points to recharge those already using the card. The mode of implementation will be similar to an ATM.

The SUBE system is used in thousands of daily trips: 18 000 busses, 71 subway stations and 259 railway stations.

The new centers are located in the delegations of Anses of Tigre, Ramos Mejia Moreno and La Plata.
