To lose weight, eat in red dishes

According to a group of German and Swiss scientists: “Eating in red dishes might be a help to all those people who are dieting.”

The experts found that “the red color helps diners to avoid the ‘sting’ before eating, and that color is commonly associated with the prohibition or danger.”

The success of this discovery has led some governments to consider unhealthy food to be packaged in red boxes, even introducing it in bars, so that people do not drink much.

The study was conducted with young people, who ‘were offered tea in red and blue glasses. 44% people chose red cups, while blue were the favorites”.

In the second stage of the study, 109 people were offered a box of cookies in red, blue or white. Those with a red box, consumed far fewer cookies.
