Cristina Kirchner will return to activity on Wednesday

The president, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, will return to her official duties as of this Wednesday after undergoing surgery.

The president is resting in the presidential residence of Chapadmalal with her children, Florencia and Maximo.

Sources indicated to M24Digital that Cristina is in good condition and that her recovery is now almost complete.

Cristina Kirchner was operated by a tumor in the thyroid which was thought to be carcinogenic. Finally, it was a false positive, a very special case, and the president did not have to go through treatment with radioactive iodine.
