In February Mariano Ferreyra murder trial begins

The oral and public hearing will be held in the courtroom of Lavalle Street1171 building would continue for several months, as estimated by the Court due to the amount of evidence and testimony presented.

Hearings are held every week, alternating days, first on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and then on Tuesdays and Thursdays, until mid July 2012, when it is expected to be completed statements about three hundred witnesses.

In August 2012 it would be definitely know the verdict in the case. So far, José Pedraza is in prison with nine other defendants in the events of October 20 last.

Mariano Ferreyra ,”Partido Obrero” member was killed by a bullet during a protest of workers demanded the permanent move to the Roca line, where also Elsa Rodriguez was wounded  also active in the PO.

For this death are arrested Pedraza, its second Juan Carlos “Gallego” Fernández and supustos perpetrators of the shooting Cristian Favale and Gabriel Sanchez,among others.

A year after the murder various political parties and social organizations will march next Thursday to Plaza de Mayo demanding “trial, conviction and imprisonment to Pedraza and all the gang that killed and injured Elsa Ferreyra and otherpartners”
