Davis Cup 2012: Argentina debut against Germany

While Argentina is expecting Davis Cup final, that will take place on December of this year against Spain, the first round fixtures for 2012 were drawn in Thailand.

In the framework of the International Tennis Federation (ITF), the draw determined that Argentina will play the first set against Germany from 10 to 12 February 2012.

Thus, the Argentine team led by Modesto Vázquez, whose main references are Juan Martin del Potro and David Nalbandian will have to start out.

Meanwhile, Germany has three players in the top 100: Philipp Petzschner (66), Florian Mayer (24) and Philipp Kohlschreiber (45).
