Province of Buenos Aires, September 19, 2011
Workers of the bus line 60 said they will go on an indefinite strike due to non-payment of the company and for not having their delegates recognized. They also reported that they were threatened.
Since today’s morning, the bus drivers conducted a strike because their representatives are not recognized by the company, and for non-payment.
“We will continue with the strike until the company officials recognize the delegates elected in the last election,” they said.
They also reported receiving various threats and that the company sent people to burn the car of one of the new delegates from the union.
