President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner inaugurated a building of the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology in Rosario City with the presence of Santa Fe governor and presidential candidate Hermes Binner.

Cristina said first: “This president is not going to install answers because I have not come to that here, in Rosario. Poor favor I can give to the community, society and I think institutions to settle in inappropriate places debates that are for other areas and that certainly people evaluate, as it always does in the more crystalline way, which is the vote.”

However, the president subtly stated that “our concept is absolutely plural and federal in economic policy, so from the total credits for companies, 40% have been for Santa Fe province, followed by Buenos Aires with 17 %, Cordoba 10%…”

To which she added explicitly: “Do not worry Governor Binner when we make decisions, we do not take them watching the political color of any province.”

Then the president said that in 2003, “Investment in productive infrastructure was 0.7% of GDP, a GDP that was fairly small as 2003, today we are investing 5 points in public infrastructure sector.”
