The president, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, opened the judicial information site  INFOJUS. “I am proud to launch a system that is unique in the world,” she said.

Very good afternoon to all. I see many colleagues, deans, academic. I think we’re in a very important moment. I was reminded of when law school had actual consultancies, which were the right tools to go to the poorest neighborhoods.

This appears to be a system only for lawyers, but it can be accessed by the entire population. It has a rearrangement has a constituent which had decided in 1994, but only now is done [referring to judicial digest].

France has [a legal information website] free, but not integrated. Italy has it integrated, but not free. Here we go with all conditions.

The software had the SAIC, tariffs, today is thoroughly modern. The system today is set by an SME and administered by the public sector, which puts us very happy, because, as in other sectors, we are putting intelligence in the public sector to improve state capacity, which is to improve Argentines capacity.

Today we are taking an important step, we are doing it from the state, with all the professionals involved. I want to thank everyone who helped. I am proud to launch a system that is unique in the world.
