Victims of pedophile suing the Pope in The Hague

Today, an U.S. association representing victims of pedophilia filed a criminal complaint in the International Courtin The Hague against Benedict XIV, the second secretary of state and of the Holy See Tarcisio Berson, his predecessor Angelo Sodano and the prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (Opus Dei), William Levada.

They are accused of “crimes against humanity.”

According to the document, they were alleged to have ” a direct responsibility for tolerating and enabling a systematic and extensive camouflage of rape and sexual crimes against children in the world.”

This document that has more than 10 000 pages, contains  abuses committed in many countries like USA, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. It was presented by leaders of the SNAP association.

Attorney Pamela Spees belonging to the NGO Center Constitutional rigths who is attending the SNAP, said: “crimes against thousands of victims, mostly children, were camouflaged by the highest level responsible forthe Vatican. In this case, all roads lead to Rome. “
