Miss Universe 2011 is Leila Lopes from Angola

Last night at the Credicard Hall in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the new Miss Universe 2011 was elected and is Leila Lopes from Angola and received her crown from Mexican Ximena Navarrete.

Angola for the first time in history has this crown.

Leila with her beauty became the absolute winner of the contest showing through her responses that a woman should be beautiful on the outside and inside.

Angolan Leila Lopes was escorted by the finalists Ukraine, Brazil, Philippines and China.

The new Miss Universe tearfully said “I’m going to have to work and I’ll try to keep our feet on the ground.”
