Charges against Hebe de Bonafini drops and Schoklender keeps complicated

The lawyer Eduardo Barcesat,  Foundation Mothers of Plaza de Mayo’s agent, confirms that  skills performed on a contract reveals that the signature awarded to Hebe de Bonafini was false. So is ” it throws out Shocklender’s statements” the lawyer said.

National Gendarmerie expertice concluded that the questioned signatures outlined in the contract for the provision of mobile buildings dated December 28, 2010 between the Foundation Madres de Plaza de Mayo and the company Meldorek not match the supplied proofautograph  from  Mrs. María Hebe Pastor de Bonafini.

 

In this sense Barcesat stated that “this shows that it was a maneuver performed by the group of Shocklender,” and adds that overturns the orders to dismiss the former attorney.” For its part defense attorneys Adrian Horacio Pitrau Tench quit  due to differences in the strategy for the case with the defendant but being sure of their “conviction about Shocklender’s innocense.”

Moreover, the lawyer acknowledged that he didn’t have access to expertise because of being govern the gag order but the Mothers being plaintiff, made the request to the judge Norberto Oyarbide who still has not appeared on the request. He added that “Hebe was not at home at the time of signing” emphasizing his innocence.
