New York: Evacuation processes began due to the Irene hurricane

The government of New York City declared a weather emergency in the district and began the task of evacuation in some areas. This is due to the Irene Hurricane.

The American metropolis raised its alert level to 3, and could increase it to 4, because of the strong Hurricane Irene to hit the City.
