The British newspaper “Sunday Independent” reported that the lead singer of U2, Bono, had suffered heart problems. Thus he had to abandon their holidays in Mónaco after suffering palpitations and chest pains.

Bono went to a hospital in southern France, but after being examined he left the medical center.

“He’s fine, but scared,” said a heart disease specialist who recommended the singer to take a break being in the middle of the tour 360º with which he’s touring the world.

Bono is expected to continue his stay in southern France during the coming weeks.
