Martin Sabbatella: “Where we are know the most, we were voted”

The candidate for governor of Nuevo Encuentro Martin Sabbatella spoke exclusively to M24Digital. He said he was pleased with the “extraordinary” result of Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner and said he will go for more in October.

“We are happy, the result is extraordinary. The truth is that we felt the support, the positive balance people has from this government, and to see it reflected so strongly in the polls is impressive,” said the congressman, who also reported to be proud to have contributed to the candidacy of the President.

Sabbatella considered that the primary results are “a deep back slap to a country that promotes growth, employment, regaining the public matters, pensions, a strong recovery of the Human Rights and Latin American integration.”

As for the election of in the province, the candidate considered: “We did a very good election. We got a good result and a platform for growth in October. This is a political force that expresses the moment of Argentina and the objective is to grow and continue growing for this project [the ruling], which we follow.”

On the rumors that considered the possibility that, if reelected, the president would offer Sabbatella to lead a ministry, he said: “We’re not discussing that, and getting to discuss something not discussed is something I don’t believe to be right. We have not participated in any meeting were that matter has been addressed.”
