Route 3: 11 dead and 20 injured in fatal accident

This morning around 7:50 am, there was a pileup between a truck, and five cars and a van between Las Flores and San Miguel del Monte, at kilometer 156. The fog may have been the main cause of the fatal accident.

Following the tragedy, at least 11 people died, including a minor, and about 20 were injured, some in critical condition, being assisted at the Hospital de Las Flores and in the Mt.

According to initial reports, most of those killed were traveling in the van, heading for the City of Buenos Aires.
