“Vampire” man drank the blood of his couple to “be stronger”

In Damoah, a district of Madhya Pradesh, India, young Deepa Ahirwar, 22, accused her husband for “drinking her blood during the last three years”.

According to her statements, “he would appear with a needle and take blood from my arms. Then he put it in a glass and drank it because he said it made him stronger”.

“If I refused, he would punch me and threaten me so I would not tell anyone,” she said, and added: “He did not even stop when I was pregnant”.
