Botox could be a beneficial treatment for asthma patients

As confirmed by a group of Australian scientists, “Botox, the botulinum toxin type A used to stretch the wrinkles and facial lines by relaxing the muscles, could be a beneficial treatment for patients with asthma.”
Experts at the Medical Centre at Monash University in Melbourne, consider that “the substance can counteract the muscle spasms that cause the disease which appears in the larynx.”
Also note that “the patient can help improve symptoms of asthma. This chronic condition is characterized by recurrent attacks with shortness of breath or wheezing. And the severity and frequency of the disorder varies from person to person. During an asthma attack, the lining of the bronchial tubes becomes inflamed and causes a narrowing of the airways, which reduces the airflow into and out of the lungs. “
