Fernando “Pino” Solanas: “We’ll fight to enter the second round”
Argentina, June 30, 2011
Fernando “Pino” Solanas, candidate for head of Government of Buenos Aires for South Project, admitted that “we’ll fight to enter the ballot” in the City. He confirmed that the presidential candidate for the Progressive Broad Front will attend his ending of campaign.
Although he did not rule an agreement with the FAP before August 14, he did not discard an alliance when he said that “policies are always doors open”.
He also criticized his competitors, Mauricio Macri and Daniel Filmus, because of avoiding the debate and called “regrettable” the attitude of the current head of government of not listening to the story the filmmaker and replicated without giving him the possibility of defending his ideas. Moreover he accused accused Filmus of fleeing from the debate and having failed despite having signed an agreement giving his consent to discuss on TV.
These statements were made during an act where he proposed security for the City, for the campaign offices of South Project.
