“The articulation of the Province of Buenos Aires, the City and the national government is unavoidable”

The president, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, presented the operational security plan South Belt and delivery of new equipment for the forces and prisons.

“While the presentation makes reference to the security plan for the south of Buenos Aires, also attended a enormísimo equipment for prisons in the prison system.”

“We are not people who rejoice when building prisons, but they are necessary. When someone has committed a crime, he must go to jail,” she said, but added “to be reformed, like the Constitution.”

The president said that in the limit of Vicente López and the City “no one walks the streets looking to see if it is the Federal (Police’s) jurisdiction.”

In that regard, said: “It is necessary to understand that in the security of AMBA, the articulation of the Province of Buenos Aires, the City and the national government is unavoidable, indispensable.”
