Almeyda is the new coach of River

The now former midfielder will lead River Plate in its first season in the B Nacional (Second Division) . It will be his debut as coach in Argentine football.
Matias “El Pelado” Almeyda was chosen by the executive committee of the “Millonarios” to confront the new tough stage the team must face.
