June 16, 2011: A young filipino was bored and had no better idea to hang his puppy on a rope for clothing with snaps.

In the pictures you can see the poor little puppy hanging with several rope snaps on clothing, getting on the web, huge criticism where thousands of people complained about the facts, so the couple decided to take pictures of the animal.

The boy apologized and said he would not do it again, although some argue that “he should be prosecuted for animal cruelty.”
