Maradona was acquitted in a case for tax evasion

A few years ago, Diego Armando Maradona was charged with tax evasion. On May 27, he was dismissed because it was not true the allegation.

On an M24Digital exclusive, Dr. Damboriana informed that “Diego Armando Maradona was acquitted in a case which examined the Economic Criminal Court 3 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for violation of the Criminal Tax Law.”

“The attorney who represented the Public Ministry called the closing of the case finding no merit to pursue criminal actions because of the lack of evidence of tax evasion by the world star.”
