Lionel Messi and the British press

May 29, 2011:

The Argentine striker Lionel Messi, in the celebration for the victory of Barcelona against Manchester United were his team defeated them 3-1 in the final of the Champions League, said “I will speak on May 29″.

The player of Barcelona, of just 23 years old, won his third European Cup.

Sunday newspapers in Britain, highlighted how Lionel Messi played, showed photos and chose him as the best player in the game, describing him as: “Lionel King” “Messiah”, “Messi, the magician “” Simply the Best “or” Messicre”(to mean  “slaughter” in Spanish).
