Randazzo: “Cristina Kirchner will decide whether she goes for the re-election or no before July”

Florencio Randazzo, the interior minister, said after the congress of the Peronist party that the president, Cristina Kirchner, will decide whether she goes for the re-election in late June.

And he said “the best that could happen to Argentina’s is to have Cristina again as president” Randazzo ratified his support for the president in the congress.

Furthermore he believes that “the date when the proposal of candidates ends is June 24, so around that time she will have to make her decision”.

“It’s a decision that only the President can take” he said.

“We are not exclusive, and we won’t use the experience with (Julio) Cobos to avoid the construction of a big political, comprehensive and representative front” concluded the minister.
