The candidacy of Estenssoro was “observed” for not being Argentine

Electoral Justice of the City of Buenos Aires issued a remark to the candidate for chief of Buenos Aires’s Government of the Civic Coalition, María Eugenia Estenssoro, for being not native Argentine nor by choice.
The judicial authorities noted the senator’s candidacy because he is originally from Bolivia and her parents are native Argentinians. It is ”an unconstitutional condition”,defended Estenssoro.
The senator said: ”I’m very quiet, because no case law in these cases supports our view that this is a discriminatory requirement. “
