Pedraza and 9 defendants go to trial for the murder of Mariano Ferreyra

On this day, the magistrate Susana López Wilma ordered that the case investigating the killing of Mariano Ferreyra be moved to public trial.
In it, there are 10 people -among which is the holder of the Railway Union, José Pedraza-processed by the crime and causing injuries in another 3 protesters.
From now on, the Oral Criminal Court 21, comprised of Judges Carlos Bossi, Horacio Dias and Diego Barroetaveña are responsible for the trial.
