The final photo of Sol Airline plane

MENDOZA, May 20, 2011.- Agustina Piana is a 26years old young woman from Cordoba who took the 5428 flight of Sol Airlines but she escaped death when deplaned in Mendoza.

Unintentionally, Agustina took the last photo of Saab 340 aircraft that crashed hours later in Rio Negro and uploaded it to Facebook with the following comment: “We arrived safe and sound after undergoing the takeoff while the pilot had surfer complex and 20 minutes of landing like a roller coaster … O”(sic).

Then the young deleted this comment because the press was “misrepresenting her words,” and clarified that the noise and turbulence are normal in this type of aircraft. Her messages were the result of the trip nerves because she is afraid of airplanes. Also, she deleted the comment paying respect for the victims.

Agustina said she was meeting with a group of friends when her father called to warn that the flight had crashed in the south and all its occupants died.

Then the girl wrote in the social network: “Damn it, the plane in which I traveled to Mendoza crashed. The same plane I was afraid of due to the instability and noise.”
