Argentina, May 15, 2011

Lilian Clark, mother of Gustavo Cerati, said today that she does not know if “have already passed 365 days or 365 years” after the musician was admitted in hospital, suffering a stroke in Venezuela.

She added, “Each day we have a new anxiety”. This afternoon, 200 fans were reunited to honor him at the Planetarium of the City of Buenos Aires. There, Cerati filmed the video for “Zoom”.

Other fans went straight to the clinic door where he remains hospitalized, located in street Vuelta de Obligado.

The woman said Gustavo “is beautiful” and that “he looks good and strong”, despite the number of days he has been lying on bed. She said also that his son “hears” and that his heart rate increases when he is visited by artists like Mollo, Fito Páez and Spinetta. “When they sit down and put a guitar in his hands, my son twists and realizes” she said this morning during an interview with Radio Mitre.
