Cristina reminds young people missing at “The Night of the Pencils”

Province of BUENOS AIRES, May 5, 2011.- President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner opened in San Martin the Integrated Community Center (CIC) number 600 and recalled the missing people at the “Night of the Pencils.”

The president promptly recalled a friend who was visiting her parents’ home in the 70′s and was kidnapped and disappeared in “those dark days of the country.”

Cristina said from here that “young people have the power of transformation” as “when youth starts change, it is inevitable.”

He added that “we will work hard and we call to all Argentines to this epic transformation.”

“The country continues to grow and create jobs and current social policies allow us to reach those who still need the state,” she said.
