Boca was ahead, but Independiente tied it

The team run by Julio Cesar Falcioni drew 1-1 with Independiente in the Bombonera. Martin Palermo got his second consecutive goal of the championship, while Lucas Villafañe put the tie when minutes after entering the field.
Boca came out strongly to play the first time and was more than its rival. All this is reflected at 22 minutes when Mouche hit a center that Palermo connected with right heel, scoring first goal of the game.
Independent started to show improvements in the second half. It played better than the locals and 32 ‘Villafañe (who had recently entered the field) would put the tying goal with a great shot.
