Everything set for the case of Mariano Ferreyra to go to oral trial

Prosecutor Fernando Fiszer requested that the case for the assassination of the militant of the Partido Obrero, Mariano Ferreyra, be moved to oral trial. In it, the head of the Railway Union (UF) Jose Pedraza and other leaders are processed.

The main rail union leaders, Pedraza and Juan Carlos “Gallego”Fernández, are accused of being “instigators” of the murdered on October 20 in the neighborhood of barracks.

Fisz joined in this way, as requested by the lawyers of the Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS) to close the investigation phase and move to the instance of trial.
