The Court upheld the prosecution of Pedraza

BUENOS AIRES, April 5, 2011.- Criminal Court upheld the prosecution of Railway Union (UF) secretary general José Pedraza, who is accused of being the instigator of Mariano Ferreyra crime, Labor Party member.

The decision is signed by judges Jorge Rimondi, Luis Bunge Campos and Alfredo Barbaroch, according to court spokesmen contacted by M24Digital.

Mariano Ferreyra was killed on October 20, 2009, when a group of outsourced workers stage a protest in railway of Roca train, where they were attacked by a faction of the UF.

Mariano was supporting the protest and was hit by a projectile.
