Del Potro defeated Soderling and advanced to the third round of the Masters 1000 of Miami

In just 76 minutes, the Argentine Juan Martin Del Potro won against the Swedish Soderling for 6-3 and 6-2 and is now in the third round of the Masters 1000 of Miami.

Del Potro defeated the No. 4 in the world in 1 hour and 16 minutes.

The Argentine player gave his opponent no chance. He became stronger with the service (won 88% of first serve points and had 11 aces) and from the back of the court, with a solid right that allowed him to control the game when Soderling was looking for his wrong side.

His next opponent will be the local Mardy Fish, who today beat the French Richard Gasquet for 6-4 and 6-3.
