Timerman on Libya: “The diplomatic means available had not been exhausted”

Argentine Foreign Minister, Hector Timerman, criticized the military intervention led by the United States, Britain, France and the Arab countries in Libya.
Through his Twitter, the Argentine representative to the world said that “the diplomatic means available had not been exhausted” before trying to resolve the conflict Libyan by force.
Last week, the NATO members of the Security Council of the United Nations had achieved the approval of the entity to attack Libya in support of the rebels.
In this way, Argentina has joined a number of countries who criticize the military intervention in the internal conflict of the African country, with nations such as Norway, Russia (alliance members opposed to the measure) and Venezuela.
