Pedraza indicted for the murder of Mariano Ferreyra

Federal judge Wilma López indicted José Pedraza, head of the Railway Union, Juan Carlos Fernandez, trade union secretary, and Claudio Alcorcel, union delegate, for the murder of Mariano Ferreyra.

The three members of the Railway Union were processed in the case investigating the assassination of the militant of the Workers’ Party.

Lopez also ordered the preventive detention of Pedraza, who had been detained to testify two weeks ago.
