Lula’s new job

March 2, 2011

Former Brazilian President Inacio Lula da Silva made his debut as a “speaker”. He will receive about 120 thousand dollars per speech.

The transnational South Korea’s LG Electronics has hired former Brazilian president to lecture in closed doors to their customers and agents.

“Undoubtedly, he will be the speaker with the highest value in Brazil,” told the director of the agency Palavra Speakers Bureau, Priscilla David.

Lula’s predecessor in the Government, Fernando Henrique Cardoso, charges about $ 90,000 per conference.

“Lula is a global figure, has much credibility. He relates his experience and encourage self-esteem people, “said one of his advisers Paula Okamoto.

“We are contacting companies that want to encourage their sellers, taking a position in the market and listen to what Lula has to say … This is the role of a leader, to push things. Lula helped the Brazilians and still has much to contribute for peace and democracy.”
