Fibertel case: Justice rules in favor of Clarin

Buenos Aires, February 28, 2011

A court decision states that “the National Government to refrain from implementing the resolution 100/10″ and allow the company Fibertel, Internet provider of Grupo Clarin, continue running and adding new users.

Recondo and Medina judges agreed with a defense presented by the Association for the Defence of Competition (ADC).

The resolution of finishing with Fibertel was issued on August 19 by Planning Minister Julio de Vido.
