Train strike: The Government offered a free bus service

Several unionists of the Railway Union of Jose Pedraza rejected the mandatory conciliation dictated by the Ministry of Labor. This is why the Transport Secretary installed a free bus service that follows the rails.

It is common buses which go towards the south of the Great Buenos Aires. The ticket is free and the destinations are announced by Constitucion Station’s staff.

The Secretary of Transport issued a statement that reads: “Due to the unilateral force measure disposed by the Railway Union, the decision to close the terminal Constitucion Station has been taken”.

“We make explicit that in that terminal there are motor transport services to stop the inconvenient and transport the passengers”, it adds.
