Japan Airlines, the world’s most punctual

January 26, 2011.- Japan Airlines (JAL) retained its title as the most punctual airline in the world after winning the FlightStats On-Time Performance Service Awards on Wednesday.

According to Technology Corporation, the data provider of the airline industry that gives the awards, “89.90% of the 180,343 flights operated by the Japanese company in 2010 reached their destination on time.”

Other finalists companies are, All Nippon Airways, Qatar, Air New Zealand, Scandinavian Airlines and Singapore Airlines.
