Family is assaulted and one of the children is killed

Buenos Aires Province, January 18, 2011.- Members of a family were attacked in their truck when they were traveling in Lujan city and criminals shot one of the children.

The victim identified as Jose Luis Quispe, 13, was traveling with his parents, a younger brother and an uncle. They circle near the toll of General Rodriguez, when they were intercepted by criminals who tried to steal their truck.

Personal Toll warned the situation and called to 911. The police quickly launched an operation to catch lock criminals and free the family. Then a strong shooting began that seriously injured José Luis, his brother and uncle.

The under 13 years old boy was rushed to hospital in General Rodríguez, where doctors tried to revive him, but finaly they could not save him.

The younger brother was injured when he tried to jump from the truck to escape the criminals. He was admitted to the same medical center, like his uncle, who was also injured.
