Goya Awards nominations
January 11, 2011.- Film Academy of Spain announced the candidates for Goya Awards.
They are: “Sad Ballad of a trumpet” by Álex de la Iglesia, “Pa negre” by Agusti Villaronga, “Also the rain” by Bollain and “Buried” by Rodrigo Cortés.
With 15 nominations Álex de la Iglesia’s film is the favorite and 13 for Villaronga and Bollaín.
The awards will be presented Feb. 13 at the Teatro Real de Madrid.
The nominates for best actor are Antonio de la Torre, “Sad Ballad of a trumpet “, Javier Bardem for “Biutiful” Ryan Reynolds “Buried” and Luis Tosar for “Also the rain.”
The actress nominees are: Elena Anaya for “Room in Rome”, Emma Smith for “The mosquito”, Belén Rueda for “Julia’s Eyes” and Nora Navas “Pa negre.”
