Users that suffered power outages could claim for a compensation

Today, the Federal Planning Ministry asked the National Regulatory Authority for Electricity (ENRE) to report which were the complaints received by users who were victims of power outages.

Thus, the ENRE requested to EDENOR, EDESUR and EDELAP to compensate users that were victims of power outages. The compensation is independent of the penalties that the companies would have received last week.

The ENRE was called by the Ministry of Federal Planning, Public Investment and Services to report urgently what were the complaints received by those affected.

Those affected by the outages could claim for damage to artifacts or equipment. Even users who have not received care can still do so through the ENRE.
