45,000 lives per year would be saved with lower ingest of meat

According to health experts and the organization “Friends of the Earth”, 45,000 lives per year would be saved reducing meat ingest to twice or three times a week.

Directly, 31,000 people from heart problems, 9,000 victims of cancer and 5,000 for brain stroke, could be prevented.
