Colon could not break the equality against Independiente and drew 1-1

Independiente and Colon tied 1-1, Velazquez scored for Independiente and Fuertes for Colon.

In the first half Independiente was playing better, and reached the goal at 22 minutes, scored by Velázquez, who with a great shot kicked the ball into the goal and put the team from Avellaneda ahead.

But just five minutes later, Velazquez, the one who scored the goal, had to leave the field after being expelled by the referee Loustau, due to a blow that he gave to Damián Díaz.

Despite the numerical disadvantage, Independiente played agains Colon as an equal team, but Colon went to search for the goal at the end of the first half and Gabbarini blocked what might have been the draw.

In the second half, Colon was intense and for various ways approached to the fence defended by Gabbarini.

And so they reached the goal. Fuertes scored at 28 minutes of the second half, putting the 1-1 with a header after a center sent by Ramirez.

Colon was more, but lacked of precision in the definition, and only achieved a draw in their field.
